Throughout the tour, you will discover every phase of production, from the harvesting of the olives to the pressing. We will share the story of our traditional extraction, showcasing our historic stone mill, which is preserved to this day as a testament to the past. You will then step into our modern mill to learn about contemporary techniques, different olive cultivars, and the significance of the DOP certification.
